Yes. We prepare a written plan of care during our initial free consultation. Then, over the course of care services, we will monitor the care plan and client needs in order to make recommendations needed to modify the care plan so that we can provide you with the highest quality in home care.
What if my QualCare caregiver is sick or on vacation?
We know our clients value consistency and continuity of care. So, in order to minimize the impact of a caregiver taking a vacation or taking sick leave, we maintain a team of qualified caregivers to assist in providing temporary care to maintain continuity of services.
Can I change to another QualCare caregiver?
Yes. On occasion, we just don’t get the initial client-caregiver matching right. In these situations, simply call us to request a change and we will immediately match you with another QualCare caregiver. It’s part of our Caregiver Gaurantee.
